In the hillside, on the outskirts of a street majestically flanked by cypresses, one may find the Raja farm. This farm produces the typical DOP extra-virgin oil of the Sabina, wine and salami made with pigs grown on the farm, honey and typical desserts. Perfect stop for all those who seek the ancient flavors of the rural tradition amongst the hills of the evergreen Sabina, region rich in both history and traditions.

The restaurant has an indoor room and an outdoor pergola in the garden where one may enjoy the foods prepared with the farms own products while completely immersed in the magnificent natural surroundings.

Two confortable apartments, each with four bedspaces, and four rooms, all of which have personal bathroom facilities, are available for those who wish passing some days in the typical atmosphere of a farm. Children may take advantage of the didactic farm and learn the secrets of the bees, how olives are picked, how oil is made and how it is hens and not the supermarket that make eggs.

Negli immediati dintorni esistono svariate possibilità di svago, come corsi di cucina locale, corsi di tessitura con un antico telaio, fare passeggiate a cavallo, andare in piscina, pescare, imparare a valutare l'olio extravergine di oliva nel posto di produzione.
